• One Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet will be the ones that apply.
• Erroneous Odds: 7zed reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Abandoned Match: If a match is abandoned, postponed, or starts outside its scheduled time, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned.
• Match Fixing: If evidence of match-fixing or any suspicious activity is found, the relevant bets may be voided.
• Maximum Win: A maximum payout limit per bet may apply for certain events.

7zed is a fair and transparent platform. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Use of a third party's account or payment method.
• Submitting false identification or forged documents.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Unauthorised use of the 7zed brand name or logo.

Under certain circumstances, 7zed reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. The relevant circumstances are outlined below.

• Terms Violation: Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Verification Failure: Failure to provide accurate information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious Activity: If unusual betting patterns or suspicious transactions are detected.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts may be deactivated after an extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• User Request: If you request the closure of your own account.

If an account is closed without any breach of the Terms, the remaining balance will be refunded. Funds may be held pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.
